Manley’s late strike triggers Shanahan win; Brennan, Gardner power Downingtown East

Bishop Shanahan 11, Downingtown West 10 – Monica Manley finished her hat trick with the game-winning goal off a Jess Holowsko assist with 35 seconds remaining in regulation to lift the Eagles to the Ches-Mont League National Division win Monday.
Holowsko also had two assists for Shanahan, which also got two goals apiece from Michelle Warren and Liv Murphy. Corinne Bednarik had a game-high six goals for the Whippets.

Also for D-East, which set the tone with a 10-4 edge in the opening half, Livi Lawton and Olivia Fanelli delivered hat tricks. Saundra Godshall, who scored her 100th career goal earlier this season, had two strikes for the Vikings.

For the Warriors, Ella Tunnell, Anna Dinacci and Delaney Turner cashed in two goals each.
