Fowler, Kennett shoot down Unionville; Downingtown East tops Shanahan

Kennett 50, Unionville 40 – The Blue Demons used a fast start and deadly shooting from beyond the arc to record the Ches-Mont League American Division win Tuesday.
Kennett bolted out to a 29-13 halftime lead and was never challenged the rest of the way, hitting 10 three-balls to help seal the deal with Maddie Fowler (22 points, 5 triples), Andrea Prestianne (12 points, 2 treys) and Ellie Matthews (10, 2 treys) doing most of the damage.
Emma Dempsey scored 9 points to pace the Indians.

Dikaya Daniels had a game-high 19 points for Rustin, which also got 8 points from Olivia Gatto. Cristina Fernandez and Anna Hampshire combined for 21 points to lead the Hornets.

Shayla Johnson finished with 11 points to pace D-West, which was only down 19-10 at the half before WC East ripped off a 30-7 run in the second half.
