Downingtown West romp has heavy Riccardo flavor; Thureen, Sardo pace Kennett

DOWNINGTOWN  – Romea Riccardo notched two goals and one assist while sisters Ciana and Celine Riccrdo chipped in with three combined assists as Downingtown East rode a dominating effort to a 5-1 nonleague romp over North Penn Saturday.

Notre Dame Academy 9, West Chester East 0 – Mia Leonhardt (3 goals, assist), Riley Maher (2 goals) and Lauren Curran (2 goals) were too much to handle for the Vikings in the lopsided nonleague clash.
